Who we are

AI Stock is a remote, freelance-based company that trains artificial intelligence models built for the languages and markets of the MENA region. For questions about this policy or your data, contact us at development.ai.future@gmail.com.

The data we collect

From your Google account. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture and Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not access your Gmail, Drive or contacts.

From your application. Your full name, WhatsApp number, country of residence, whether you are located in the UAE, field of study, education level, language and tool skills, previous experience, availability, equipment, and your declaration.

While you complete the form. We save your answers automatically as you type, so you can return later. These answers are stored even if you do not submit the application.

About people who referred you. If you name a referrer, we store the name and email address you give us. Please only share these details if that person agrees.

If we ask you for it during recruitment or work. Proof of residence, the bank details we need to pay you, and records of the tasks you complete and their quality.

Your location while you work. When you open or save work, we use your IP address to determine your country, and we keep a record of that country and the time of the check. We do not use GPS or collect your precise location.

Technical data. Our service providers may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and request logs in order to run and secure the service.

How we use your data

• To sign you in and keep your application saved.
• To review your application and contact you about it.
• To confirm that you are eligible for the work, including where you live.
• To assign tasks, review quality and pay you if you join us.
• To confirm that work is done from an allowed country.
• To record referrals and pay any referral reward.
• To keep our service secure, prevent misuse and meet our legal obligations.

We use this data because you ask us to consider your application, because we need it to work with and pay you, because you have agreed to it, or because we have a legitimate need to run and protect our business.

AI training and your personal data

We train AI models and sell those models. The labels you create as a Data Labeler are used for this. We do not use your application details, identity documents or bank details to train our models.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with:

• Supabase, which hosts our database and sign-in system.
• Google, which provides sign-in.
• Vercel, which hosts this website.
• Banks and payment providers, when we pay you.
• Professional advisers and authorities, where needed for legal advice or required by law.

We use Google account data only for sign-in and for the purposes described in this policy. We do not use it for advertising or transfer it to data brokers.

Where your data is stored

Our database is hosted in India, outside the UAE and the GCC, and our providers may process data in other countries. When your data moves between countries, we rely on our providers' security and contractual protections.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any legal, accounting or dispute-related needs. You can ask us to delete an unfinished or unsuccessful application at any time.

Cookies

We only use cookies needed for the website to work. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

• Sign-in cookies keep you signed in securely. Page scripts cannot read them.
• An application reminder cookie lets us show a reminder if your application is unfinished. It contains no personal details and lasts up to 30 days.

How we protect it

We encrypt data in transit, restrict each applicant to their own application, and limit who can access personal data. No online service can be completely secure, so please contact us straight away if you suspect a problem.

AI Stock will never ask for your card number, PIN, online banking password or one-time passcodes (OTP). If you receive a message like that claiming to be from AI Stock, please do not respond.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, limit or stop how we use it, or transfer it. You may also withdraw consent or complain to your data protection authority.

To make a request, contact us at development.ai.future@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Age

Our services are for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly accept applications from anyone younger.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for important changes, tell you by email.
