Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these terms. We are currently focusing on applicants residing in the UAE and other GCC countries, and we may ask you for proof of residence.

Your account

You sign in with your own Google account. Keep it secure and do not let anyone else use it to apply or work for you. Each person may submit one application.

Applications

The information you provide must be accurate and your own. Submitting an application does not guarantee an evaluation task or work. We decide which applicants to shortlist and hire, and we may stop considering an application that is inaccurate or misleading. You can update your application after submitting it, and you must keep it accurate.

Working with us

If we accept you, your role, tasks, schedule and payment will be confirmed to you in writing. If those written terms differ from this page, the written terms apply to your work. Unless they say otherwise, you work as an independent freelancer and not as an employee of AI Stock.

Quality of work

The labels you provide are used to train AI models, so accuracy matters more than speed. AI pre-filled answers are only a starting point, and you must read and check each item yourself. We review submissions, and we may decide not to accept work or not to continue working with you if it does not meet our quality standards, including where AI answers are accepted without proper review.

Payment

Amounts, conditions and timing are set out in the written terms we share with you. Payment depends on delivering the required work and on it passing our quality review. You are responsible for giving us correct payment details and for any taxes that apply to your income.

Rights in your work

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, when you are paid for labels and other work you create for us, you transfer the rights in that work to AI Stock. This allows us to use it to build, train, improve and sell AI models and related products.

Confidentiality

Task data, guidelines and tools we share with you are confidential. Use them only to do your work for us, and do not copy, publish or share them with anyone else.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications or location, including by using a VPN or proxy.
• Work on tasks anywhere other than inside the AI Stock web app.
• Let someone else do your work or use your account.
• Use scripts, bots or other tools to complete tasks, unless we have allowed it.
• Try to access other people's data or interfere with the security of our service.
• Use the website for anything unlawful.

Referrals

Referral rewards apply only when we offer them to you in writing, and they follow the terms we share with you. Only refer people who have agreed to share their details.

Our website and content

The website, its design and its content belong to AI Stock or its licensors. Sample reviews on the website are written for illustration.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close your access if you break these terms or if we need to protect our service or other people. You may stop using the website at any time and can ask us to delete your application.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided as it is, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, AI Stock is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or right that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact
